How It Works

Fill out a thorough questionnaire about your gift recipient that helps us help you. The more detailed, the more personal and spot on the gift. But don't worry, we promise we can come up with a few great gift options with whatever information you give us.

While you're going about your day our team is combing through your completed questionnaire to get to know your gift recipient. Taking what we learned we will utilize our Gifting Process to find your chosen number of gift recommendations.

Incoming! We'll email or text you to let you know we found the perfect gift. You'll receive direct links to exact products, services or experiences we think your recipient will love. We'll also include a beautiful Personal Story Card, that details why each gift was chosen. If you don't love our recommendation, you can contact us for a swap!
